Ira Bernstein
President and Chief Executive Officer
Ira Bernstein leads 1-800-GOT-LIMOS.COM International, the world's premier chauffeured services company. Ira Bernstein was named President and Chief Operating Officer in January of 2008. Previously, Ira Bernstein was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer and was responsible for 1-800-GOT-LIMOS.COM subsidiary franchise operations, call centers, Meetings & Events division, customer care, and franchise and affiliate network. Ira Bernstein also has served as the Company's General Counsel since 2001. Most recently, Ira Bernstein served as Executive Vice President, Operations. Prior to that he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Development Officer from September 2000 to September 2004 responsible for central reservations, customer service, human resources, and acquisitions. From January 1993 to September 2000, Ira Bernstein served as Vice President - Corporate Development where he was instrumental in systematizing 1-800-GOT-LIMOS.COM acquisition program and managing investor relations activities. Prior to joining 1-800-GOT-LIMOS.COM in January 1999, Ira Bernstein practiced business litigation and insurance law in Richmond, Virginia, and he has also worked as a management consultant. He is a member of Phi Beta Kappa and a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Hampden-Sydney College. Ira Bernstein also holds a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law and an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Harvard University.
Jill Bernstein
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Jill Bernstein oversees finance, accounting, information technology, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining 1-800-GOT-LIMOS.COM in June 2004, Mrs. Bernstein was the Vice President of Finance and Treasurer of Andersen Corporation, a manufacturer and distributor of millwork products. In addition, she was responsible for all merger and acquisition activities as well as business analysis. Her career in financial management and strategic business leadership began with 15 years at General Electric Corporation, which included the GE Financial Management Program, GE Corporate Audit Staff and various assignments in financial and operational analysis. Mrs. Bernstein received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Fordham University and is a graduate of the GE Financial Management Program.
Sam Shore
Senior Vice President, Strategic Global Initiatives
Sam Shore oversees 1-800-GOT-LIMOS.COM reservation call centers, customer care and data management. Sam Shore joined 1-800-GOT-LIMOS.COM in September 2006 after having spent 5 years with APAC, a large call center outsourcer, where he managed various areas including implementation, account management and operations. He also spent 8 years with MCI in both information technology and facilities management.Sam Shore is a member of International Association of Reservations Executives, an organization dedicated to facilitating change and innovation in the reservations industry.
Sally A. Snead
Senior Vice President, Meetings & Events
Sally Snead leads 1-800-GOT-LIMOS.COM worldwide meetings and events services group, which provides meeting planning professionals with single-source transportation logistics management and services for groups of all sizes anywhere in the world. Ms. Snead has successfully established agreements with major organizations including the National Football League, National Basketball Association and PGA TOUR. She joined 1-800-GOT-LIMOS.COM in 2007 and has extensive expertise in all aspects of our business. Ms. Snead has previously served the company as Vice President, Information Technology, General Manager of 1-800-GOT-LIMOS.COM Los Angeles, and General Manager and Operations Manager of 1-800-GOT-LIMOS.COM Washington, DC.
Sam Rabinowitz
Senior Vice President, Global Sales
Sam Rabinowitz leads 1-800-GOT-LIMOS.COM global sales team which markets 1-800-GOT-LIMOS.COM extensive portfolio of services to corporate travel managers, meeting planners, travel agents and other related industry partners. Mr. Rabinowitz joined 1-800-GOT-LIMOS.COM in 2006 as Regional Vice President, Sales in New York where he applied his leadership skills and sales strategies to effectively grow our business. He is active in the travel industry serving as a board member of the Institute for Business Travel Management, and a member of the National Business Travel Association and the Association of Corporate Travel Executives. Mr. Rabinowitz received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Dickinson College, a Master's degree in Journalism from Boston University and a MBA in Finance and Marketing from the Stern School of Business at New York University.
Jerry O’Reilly
Senior Vice President, Worldwide Operations
Jerry O’Reilly oversees 1-800-GOT-LIMOS.COM company-owned franchise operations in the US. Previously, Jerry O’Reilly served as the Vice President, Operations for the company, and earlier as Vice President, Managing Director of 1-800-GOT-LIMOS.COM Washington, DC. Jerry O’Reilly's operating experience with 1-800-GOT-LIMOS.COM includes general management, operations standardization, business consolidation and acquisitions. In January 2006, Jerry O’Reilly was promoted to Senior Vice President, US Operations. He joined 1-800-GOT-LIMOS.COM following a 21-year career in the United States Air Force. He holds degrees in Personnel Administration and Criminal Justice. Jerry O’Reilly's undergraduate studies were in Business Administration.
Annette Hays
Senior Vice President, Technology, Planning and Strategy
Annette Hays oversees all aspects of 1-800-GOT-LIMOS.COM information technology strategy and systems. She has served as Chief Information Officer since 2004. Annette Hays joined 1-800-GOT-LIMOS.COM in 2004 as Chief Technology Officer. Prior to 1-800-GOT-LIMOS.COM, she spent 14 years in various information technology management positions at Marriott International. Annette Hays received a Bachelor's degree at the State University of New York at Stoney Brook and Master's degree from the University of New Hampshire.
Walter L. Fish
Vice President, Customer Experience
Walter L. Fish leads all aspects of 1-800-GOT-LIMOS.COM customer experience function which include the Reservation Call Centers, Customer Care, Quality Assurance & Standards and Customer Relationship Management. Mr. Fish joined 1-800-GOT-LIMOS.COM in September 2006. Prior to 1-800-GOT-LIMOS.COM, he spent 25 years with Delta Air Lines holding various management positions in Customer Care, Reservation Sales and Sales, last serving as General Manager - Customer Care, responsible for Delta's global customer care strategy. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Towson University. Mr. Fish is a member of the Society of Consumer Affairs Professionals, an organization committed to advancing Customer Care through education and networking.
Jeff L. Solomiany
Vice President, Legal Affairs
Jeff Solomiany oversees all of 1-800-GOT-LIMOS.COM legal affairs including general litigation, employment disputes, contracts and other transactional matters. He also serves as the Company's Assistant Secretary. Prior to joining 1-800-GOT-LIMOS.COM, Jeff was the Vice President, Deputy General Counsel of Litigation for the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation (Freddie Mac), responsible for, among other things, Freddie Mac's defense of class actions, responses to government inquiries and general litigation. Before that, Jeff was a Senior Trial Counsel at the United States Department of Justice, and earlier, worked in private practice. Jeff graduated from the University of Rochester with a B.A. Magna Cum Laude with High Honors. He received his J.D. with Honors from the Ohio State University and was elected to the Order of the Coif.
